Company number: [company number]. VAT number: [VAT number]. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where we offer the Service to become a member. Members may create profiles for others in their household, including children, and remain responsible for their use.
1.2 Your membership continues until cancelled. Membership fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly depending on your plan) to the payment method you provide.
1.3 Your account is personal to you and your household. You must keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Free trials
2.1 Your membership may start with a free trial. We will tell you the length of your trial when you sign up and remind you by email before it ends. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, you authorise us to charge the membership fee for your chosen plan.
2.2 Free trials are limited to one per household and payment method. We may refuse a trial where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
3. Billing, price changes and VAT
3.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
3.2 We may change our plans and prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price increase, and the new price will apply from your next billing date after the notice period. If you don't want to accept the change you can cancel before it takes effect.
3.3 If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your Account page. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period and won't be charged again. Your statutory cancellation rights and our refund policy are explained in our Cancellations & Refunds policy.
5. Using the Service
5.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for your personal, non-commercial viewing in the territories where we offer the Service. Content may vary by territory and over time.
5.2 You must not copy, download (other than through any feature we provide), record, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or circumvent any content protection, nor use the Service in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
5.3 The number of devices that can stream at the same time depends on your plan. Video quality depends on your plan, device and internet connection.
5.4 Age ratings are provided as guidance. You are responsible for deciding what is suitable for the people watching on your account; Kids profiles restrict content to titles rated U and PG.
6. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add or remove features and titles. If we make a change that significantly and negatively affects you, we will tell you and you may cancel.
7. Our liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, nor affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7.2 If digital content we supply damages a device or other digital content belonging to you because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. Otherwise we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
8. Ending your access
We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
9. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at support@ajamax.com — see our Complaints page. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
